Promenade End of the Year Activities

We had lots of great activities at the end of Kylie's school year at Promenade.

Promenade has THE BEST families and teachers!

First, the end of the year get together was a luau with hawaiian food, music, dancing, hula hoops, the limbo, smoothies and more. We had a great time....I wish that I had pictures of Cameron dancing. It was so cute. Check out the luau pics!

Kylie's teacher, Mr. Dalilis, is a DJ on the side. He is also Hawaiian - so he was perfect for playing music and fun games at the luau.

Next, Kylie had the opportunity to participate in the end of the year play "Three Piggy Opera". She is a part of the performing group the All Stars, and they did a great job. All of the little actors were cute, and Kylie was a part of the chorus that sang throughout the show. Kylie gets up early every Wednesday and Friday to be a part of this group. Rehearsals start at 7:30am and she rarely complains. I know she loves to perform....here are some pictures!

I LOVE that I accidentally caught this on camera. This is right before the play started and the classes are walking in to sit down. The little boy that Kylie is smiling, actually beaming at, is Jacob. Her little crush in her class - how cute!

Last, all of the first grade classes got together to have a picnic and game day at Promenade Park across the street. Chad and Cameron and I decided to join them and we had so much fun!

Chad just joined in and acted like he was part of the group.

I know that he can't wait for kindergarten next year.

Happy boy! Cameron loves the park...and this is the only picture I have of him there. The rest of the time was spent chasing him around everywhere, which meant no time for pictures of him!

Here's Kylie on the very last day of school with her all year long perfect attendance award and many others! She had an awesome year in first grade!

The end of the year for Kylie was great....stay tuned for some preschool fun with Chad!
