What Does Snow Taste Like?

Thanks to our friends Kim and Clint, we got to get away to a beautiful cabin in the mountains above Cedar City during Spring Break. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! Our kids (obviously) don't get to be in the snow very often. We were so excited when it snowed six inches on our second day there, and the kids were able to play in the snow, and even build a little snowman! We rode ATV's (or CTR's, as Chad called them), went snowmobiling, sledding, sat around and played cards, and hung out for almost a week. It was very relaxing and we had a great time. We love Angels Baseball!!!

Well, actually Daddy loves it the most! I guess I will start with our most recent outing last weekend. This was Cameron's first Angels game, so we went ALL OUT with our Angel red! We had a lot of fun, and ate lots of junk. I have never seen Chad eat an entire hot dog in under ten minutes (actually, he has never even wanted a hot dog, and he has definitely never eaten any meal in less than ten minutes)! We had nachos, licorice, and even cotton candy. It kept us all awake for the fireworks after the show. Kylie was so proud of herself because for the first time, seriously, she did not cover her ears and hide during the fireworks! We were so proud! Cameron was a trooper and slept from the 5th inning until we made it home at 10:30 that night. It was a great night! Can't wait to do it again!

Yes...I've finally joined the blogging crew!

I have finally come to realize that blogging will be a great way to keep in touch with our family and friends (especially those we've lost to another ward)! Actually....the main motivation is to keep track of what our family is doing, and to "scrapbook" memories for our children to have some day. I have actually only made a book for the first year of each of my children's lives - so this is a great way to continue on, without all of the paper work! Hopefully I can keep this up!
